What data we collect
- Data provided voluntarily through the contact form: full name, email address, company (optional) and the content of the message.
- Technical browsing data: the web server records technical data (e.g. IP address, date and time, pages requested) for the operation and security of the site.
Purpose and legal basis
The form data is processed solely to respond to the request submitted, on the basis of the consent given at the time of submission (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and of the legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Technical data is processed for the legitimate interest in the security and correct operation of the site.
Method and retention
Messages submitted through the form are delivered by email to Quantis and kept for the time necessary to handle the request and any follow-ups, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Disclosure and dissemination
The data is not disseminated or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed, as data processors, only by the technical providers necessary to deliver the service (e.g. hosting and email), acting on the Controller’s instructions. No transfer of data to non-EU countries is envisaged.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use profiling cookies or third-party analytics or tracking tools. Typefaces are hosted directly on the site, with no calls to external services. Only technical cookies essential to operation may be used.
Rights of the data subject
You may exercise at any time the rights provided by Articles 15–22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, by writing to info@quantis.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
